I’m just freaking fat.
I read from Internet that
“Winner makes plans to reach the goal. Loser makes promises.”
And I’m the winner. I will be thin, so so thin they have to look twice before they see me. So, I will do plan for each day. How to lose weight; how to exercise and how to eat. And I must punish myself if I fail.
Tomorrow I will go to school and after it for sleepover. From there to school and after it to another friend and later in the evening back home. Gonna be easy not to eat. In the mornings nobody watch if I eat, at school have to take lunch with so I can throw it away and after school nobody care. That’s easy. After school at friends I just have to say no thank you for food. There I will get lunch for next day so I can feed thrash can. Thrash cans deserve something good for a change, not me. I don’t deserve to eat because I’m fat and ugly.
Wednesday
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks -nothing
After school I ll run if possible and I can only drink water, tea and 300ml very low calorie juice where is 5 kcal per 100 ml
Thursday
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner -nothing
Cycling + gyming
I will allow myself in addition water, tea and very low calorie juice also 100% fruit juice. Fruit juice has lower calories than proper food, it fills stomach and includes vitamins.
